We want to remind you that The Vegas Charm isn’t responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages. After you drop off your items in the mailbox, they’re handled by the carrier system. To give you peace of mind, we highly recommend that all orders include shipping insurance. If something has happened with your package, a claim can only be submitted if insurance was purchased. Store credit may be issued; this is on a case-by-case basis. If insurance was not purchased, no store credit can be received. We are not shipping internationally at this time. Absolutely no refunds will be offered.
